A la Carte Services for
- All food items will be delivered/picked up in disposable containers, with disposable serving utensils. The client is responsible for keeping items hot/cold until serving time. Chafing dishes, stainless steel serving utensils, linens, stainless flatware, etc. are available for rental. Paper products are not included, but are available from Blood’s. If the client requires heated carts to keep food hot for an extended period of time, rental and delivery fees will be applied to the order.
- Some menus are not suitable for this type of service. Please ask our Catering Coordinators for suggestions.
- For delivery
- Client is responsible for setting up all food after Blood’s delivers it, unless prior arrangements have been made.
- All food orders will receive a 10% discount. All state food taxes still apply.
- A minimum $25 delivery fee will be applied to all orders. Actual fee varies depending on the travel distance from our facility.
- A minimum food order of $500 is required for delivery service.
- For pickup services:
- All food orders will receive a 20% discount, as well as no gratuity charge. All state food taxes still apply to some orders.
- Many food items can be picked up at Blood’s raw, ready for you to cook, including pigs for roasting.
- Some minimums do apply.
